Hi enjoyed reading your post.
I think of myself as fairly healthy. Try to do as much sport as possible too keep fit. Stand up paddleboarding I have found particularly good as it gives you a good work out and is good fun at the same time without the pounding on your legs from jogging on hard surfaces. Exercise keeps your body young and increasingly shown to keep your brain young as well. Afraid the diet isn’t as good though so I will have to work on that one
